Spaghetti Bolognese with kelp noodles

Ingredients 1 tbsp olive oil 500g lean steak mince 1 onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic minced 2 carrots, grated 1 courgette, grated 1 400g tin tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper 2 tsp chilli kelp seasoning (I like Pacific Harvest brand) 1 340g packet kelp noodles 1/2 c chopped fresh herbs (I like parsley, mint, basil and sage) Method 1. Heat olive oil in large frying pan over a medium heat. Add onions, garlic and mince and fry for five minutes or so, stirring occasionally, until mince is browned and onions softened. 2. Add grated carrot and courgette, cook for another minute, then add tinned tomatoes, freshly ground black pepper and chilli kelp seasoning. Stir well and bring to the boil, then reduce to simmer for 15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened. Add chopped fresh herbs and stir through. 3.
