During my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine, Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Centre, Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University, Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating, and man other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health.

The food we eat forms the actual blood and cells in our body so it is important that we learn to eat clean whole foods and try and eliminate processed foods.
There is an abundance of diet and recipe books available and so many beliefs about what to eat, from Paleo to Vegan. Confused? Well so was I. But now I know there is a way to work out what works for you. It is simple and I am trained to help you find out what will help you feel the best you have ever felt and maintain that weight you always dreamed of!!
Cooking feeds your body, mind and soul. It allows you to control the food you put into your body, connect with your family and friends over a home cooked meal, and save the money you might otherwise spend in restaurants or on processed, prepackaged foods. Believe it or not, making simple and satisfying meals from scratch doesn’t have to be hard.
